WHAT THE GUARANTEE MEANS
Complete every lesson, score 84% or better on both practice exams, then take the FAA Part 107 knowledge test. If you still do not pass, send us your FAA score report and we will refund the full $99 course price. We will also help you figure out what went wrong and prepare for your retake if you want to keep going.
WHO QUALIFIES
- Complete every lesson in the Send It 107 course
- Score at least 84% on both Practice Test 1 and Practice Test 2
- Take the FAA knowledge test within 60 days of completing the course
- Submit your official FAA score report showing the failing result within 30 days of your test date
- Applies to the individual $99 course purchase (team seats are covered by the team agreement)
HOW TO REQUEST YOUR REFUND
Contact support with your account email and a copy of your FAA score report. We verify your course completion and practice exam scores from your account, so there is no paperwork beyond the score report.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once we confirm eligibility, we issue the refund to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days. If you want to retake the FAA test, tell us: we will go through your results with you and point you at the exact areas to drill. Our goal is to get you certified, not just sell you a course.
