By accessing or using Send It 107, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY
Send It 107 is a test preparation resource only. The course is designed to help you prepare for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Knowledge Test. Completion of this course does not guarantee passage of the FAA exam or issuance of any FAA certificate.
NO FAA AFFILIATION
Send It 107 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any government agency. Only the FAA can grant Part 107 certification.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing login access or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
PAYMENTS AND ACCESS
Course purchase grants personal access to the Send It 107 course materials for a single individual. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment. Team and enterprise plans are available separately and subject to their own terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, including text, images, diagrams, quizzes, practice exams, and branding, is the intellectual property of Untethered Minds Media LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course materials without express written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Send It 107 and Untethered Minds Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Course content may be updated to reflect changes in FAA regulations or testing standards.
